Thank you to everyone who contributed their answer to my poll “What is
your favorite season?”. The results were: Winter - 2, Spring - 1, Summer - 2,

A Special Day
This past Thursday my Father had to go work for a customer in northern
Vermont, so two of my sisters and I went along to visit some friends up there.
My mother and younger siblings joined us for the evening at one family’s house.
Thank you, P. and H. families for such a special day!
On Friday . . .
. . . we went to New Hampshire to visit my Grandpa’s brother and his
wife. We had a very nice visit with them (they spoiled us!) and they took us to
the SEE Science Center, which was a highlight for all ages. If you're ever in NH, be sure to check it out!

Leaving New Hampshire on Friday afternoon, my Father and some of us
older children went to Boston while my Mother and the rest of my siblings came
home. The reason we went to Boston was because some friends of ours down there
were having an event this weekend. The first item on the schedule was a
debate/discussion about Jesus’ teachings on a what a Christian’s involvement in war
should be and was held at Faneuil Hall. (The video will be freely available to the public
in the near future, so I will give more details when I post
the link to that.) This trip held two firsts for me: my first time being in Boston and my first time riding the T (Boston's subway)! Although it was interesting, I can definitely say that I am not a city girl. :)

This Week
We are spending today here with my grandparents enjoying our last
little bit of time together. Tuesday will be spent packing! We’ll leave for
Pennsylvania early on Wednesday morning and do a bit of visiting down there. On
Thursday we’ll head for Harrisonburg, Virginia where the rest of the family
will drop my Mother, two of my siblings, and me off for a Writer’s and Artist’s
Conference put on by Christian Light. (I really enjoy writing, so I’m looking
forward to developing my writing skills!) The rest of the family will then head
home Thursday evening. The four of us will ride home with another family from
our church who will be at the conference and, Lord willing, arrive home
Saturday evening.
This will be my last post during our trip, so, until next time. . .
