Although the livingroom couch is not where I wanted to or thought that
I would spend today, the truth of Proverbs 16:9
remains: “The
mind of man plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.” Last night, I was hoping that I would be able to go
minister outside the abortion clinic this morning, but the Lord had other plans
and late in the evening I came down with a severe migraine accompanied by fever
and chills.
As the migraine has persisted throughout today day and I wonder what
tomorrow will hold I have been tempted to think, aren’t there more useful things that I could be doing? But I do rest
in the assurance that God never makes mistakes. So when things change, whether
it is a big or little thing, just remember that!
